Win Wave Products manufactures precision-engineered swaged tubular poles for a wide range of infrastructure and industrial applications.
Poles are designed for varying heights, calculating wind velocity as per IS-875. Manufacturing involves precision swaging and welding tested as per IS-2713-1980. Every unit includes high-tensile foundation bolts and internal junction boxes.
Corrosion Protection: Entire poles are hot-dip galvanized internally and externally in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461.
High-Strength Material: Manufactured as per BS EN 10025 (Grade S355). Yield strength min. 355N/mm²; Tensile strength 490 to 630N/mm².
Structural Design: Folded Mild Steel plates form Octagonal/Polygonal sections. Poles up to 12m are single section; above 12m are supplied in telescopic jointed sections with fillet welding.
Access & Stability: Base door provided for equipment access. Base flanges are reinforced with supplementary gussets for maximum structural integrity.
